What can a Donkey do?
Donkeys are wonderful
companions, whether to human or other equines. They are great guard animals, helping to protect sheep and calves.
They
excel in driving...and make friendly enjoyable riding animals. They can be ridden western or English...for trailriding and/or
for the showring...they are great at trail obstacles...and probably the quietest safest animal you could ever use under harness!

Smart, donkeys can easily learn tricks and have performed
as sidekicks to Rodeo clowns.

Donkeys have historically been used as children's driving
and riding mounts. We have collect many original photos of American collections from the 1930's and '40's...and just as many
from England, circa 18th and 19th century.
